Cook the Fries. Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan 200°C) or cook the fries in an air fryer. Toss with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Add the Truffle Magic. While the fries are still hot, drizzle over the truffle oil and toss gently to coat evenly. Be cautious with quantity—a little truffle oil goes a long way.
