  • Cook the Fries. Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan 200°C) or cook the fries in an air fryer. Toss with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Add the Truffle Magic. While the fries are still hot, drizzle over the truffle oil and toss gently to coat evenly. Be cautious with quantity—a little truffle oil goes a long way.
  • Finish with Parmesan and Herbs. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Add a pinch of garlic powder if desired, for an added layer of umami.
