Instructions
Make the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped red chillies. Stir in the peri-peri sauce, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until every piece is well coated. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to 200°C (400°F) and lightly oil the grates.
