Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chilli paste, and minced garlic.
Stir the mixture until well blended. If the sauce is too thick, add warm water gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more lime juice or chilli paste to suit your preference.
