In a large bowl, whisk together the pomegranate molasses, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh coriander. Serve with lemon wedges.
