Ingredients

greek yoghurt

garlic
finely minced

cucumber
small, peeled and grated, squeeze out excess water

olive oil
extra virgin

lemon juice

fresh herbs
dill, parsley, mint
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice.
Stir in the chopped fresh herbs until evenly distributed.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
