- In a small saucepan, add the water, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until very hot and the sugars are dissolved.

- Place the wings on a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve them with the remaining teriyaki sauce for dipping.
