Ingredients
For the skewers
- 250 g Halloumi Cheese cut into 2.5cm cubes
- 200 g pineapple fresh, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper cut into 2.5cm squares
- 1 Red Onion cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp honey runny
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 tsp soy sauce optional, for extra umami

- In a small bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and soy sauce.
- Thread halloumi, pineapple, red pepper, and red onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients for a colourful finish.
