- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 250 ml passata or crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar brown
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Β½ tsp mustard powder
- ΒΌ tsp Chilli Flakes
- salt to taste
